Unused, Unopened Products: Room Decorations in original packaging (tags intact), unassembled Bookshelves/Coffee Tables (all parts, hardware, and manuals included), Mattresses in unopened plastic wrapping (with warranty seals intact).

Defective Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., Mattress coil protrusion, Bookshelf cracked wood, Coffee Table uneven legs, Room Decoration paint chipping) or shipping damage (e.g., dented Bookshelf frame, torn Mattress cover, broken Decorative item).

Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong Mattress size, oak Bookshelf instead of pine, round Coffee Table when square was ordered, incorrect Room Decoration theme).

Ill-Fitting/Functional Issues: Mattresses that don’t fit your bed frame, Bookshelves that don’t fit your space, or Coffee Tables that don’t meet stated weight capacity—even if unboxed (as long as unused).

Used Items: Mattresses that have been unwrapped/used (due to hygiene), assembled Bookshelves/Coffee Tables (with scratches or hardware wear), or Room Decorations that have been hung/displayed (due to resaleability).

Custom-Made Items: Personalized furniture (e.g., custom-sized Bookshelf, engraved Coffee Table, custom Room Decoration) cannot be returned unless defective—we confirm this before processing custom orders.
